"I knew I wanted to get in shape in order to stay healthy, but I knew having to go to a gym wouldn't work for me, as that has failed me in the past. And I knew I wanted a personal trainer in order to kick my butt and make me stick with the exercises he was showing me. And so I did an online search and I found Will. And since he offered home personal training, I thought I would give him a try. Well, after the first session, I knew he was right for me. He got right to work and didn't let me quit. Each week, he challenged me, finding new ways to work out using the resources I had (which was only a stationary bike, a stability ball, a yoga mat, a resistance band and two sets of hand weights). And he had me keep a food journal and a diary of my time working out, so that I could learn how to track my progress and learn how to eat correctly in order to achieve my goals (I have always known how to eat right, but he helped me see how to eat towards my weight loss goals). If for some reason you are still not sure if my programs are right for you, I'll give you the first three sessions free.
